Return Process

  Log into your Auto Decode account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
